  • You can set a limit (e.g., 1 GB) or select Unlimited if your plan allows.

  • Click “+ Create” to finish.

5. Congratulations your email has been created

  • Your new email account will now appear in the list.

6. Access Your Email

  • From cPanel, click Check Email to open Webmail.

  • Choose a webmail app like Roundcube to start sending and receiving emails.

  • Alternatively, you can configure the email in third-party apps like Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail using the provided IMAP/POP settings.

Pro Tips for Clients (PDHost)

  • Use IMAP for syncing email across devices (recommended).

  • Use POP3 if you only want emails downloaded to one device.

  • Always enable SSL/TLS for secure connections.

Do you want me to also create a video tutorial script for this (step-by-step with narration), so you can use it for your PDHost YouTube or social media training content?
